Security and Vulnerability Reporting

4Internet, LLC maintains safeguards intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the 4Search Services. We welcome good-faith reports of suspected vulnerabilities.

How to report

Submit a report through Contact Us and begin the message with "SECURITY REPORT." Include the affected URL, a concise description, reproducible steps, potential impact, and non-destructive evidence. Do not include another person's personal information or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.

Rules for good-faith research

• Do not access, modify, retain, destroy, or disclose data that does not belong to you.
• Do not use denial-of-service techniques, high-volume automated traffic, social engineering, malware, credential attacks, or physical intrusion.
• Stop testing and report immediately if you encounter personal information, credentials, or material service degradation.
• Allow a reasonable period for investigation and remediation before any public disclosure.

This page does not authorize conduct that would otherwise be unlawful, access beyond what is necessary to demonstrate a vulnerability, or testing of third-party services. We will evaluate good-faith reports and will not seek legal action solely for accidental, proportionate conduct that follows these rules, but only applicable law and an express written authorization can provide definitive legal protection.

Security incidents involving personal information

A person who believes personal information was compromised should use the same contact channel and may also submit a Privacy Request. Do not transmit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card data, or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
